Danish Warmblood Young Horse Championships
Young Horse Championship in Herning is the final of the ability tests
Around 400 4-year-old horses competed in the Danish Warmblood ability tests in dressage and jumping during autumn 2009 to qualify for the championships for five-year-olds in Herning. Of these, 30 dressage horses and 30 jumpers eventually qualified for the final, some of them obtaining outstanding results at the regional qualifiers.

The 3 best dressage prospects scored more than 900 out of 1000 and the 4 best jumping prospects scored above 900 - therfore, don't miss out on following a superb collection of young hroses competing during the Herning days!
Out of the 30 qualified dressage youngsters, 6 are sired by Blue Hors Romanov, 3 are by Blue Hors Don Romantic, and 7 are by either Sandro Hit, Blue Hors Soprano, or Stedinger.
Among the jumpers, there are also clear tendencies in the breed sires, in that 7 are by Carson Ask, 3 are by Come Back II and Carano and 4 have Coronado as either sire or damsire.
